Submitting PIPS Form in Realti (ON)
You can export
information for the Prescribed Information for the Purposes of Section 5.0.1 (PIPS)
form by navigating to Workspace tab and selecting PIPS.An administrator of the firm account should enter the firm's Teraview® account and TV Number found by navigating to the Settings icon, and then selecting Connected Accounts in the settings pane.
Exporting this information is relatively simple:
- Inside your file, click on Workspace.
- In the side navigation, located under the Registration heading, click PIPS.
- On this screen you will see the option to Create New. This will create a new form directly on the Teranet eXpress® website.

- After clicking the Create New button, the Prescribed Information for Purposes of Section 5.0.1 form will appear. There will also be a Work in Progress form ID filled in.
This will allow you to save the form and access again should you not submit the form in this session.

- Any available file information will be populated into the form. Fields such as PIN, Purchaser(s), Date(s) of Birth, will be brought in from your file. The remaining information will need to be manually entered or selected.
- After filling out all required information, click the Submit button. You will recieve your Confirmation Number at this time, which you can print or download.
- Save your file.
Your submission is now complete, and you can proceed to enter the Confirmation Number into your Transfer.
