RealtiWeb is capable of sending the file information to Teraview®. To begin with, save your Teraview account details in your User Settings (under Tools).
Upload Transfers, Charges/Mortgages, Discharges and Document Generals to Teraview
Depending on using the Enhanced or Legacy view, accessing this feature is different.
Enhanced View
Open the file you want to upload the information for in Teraview. Inside the file, click Workspace. In the side navigation under Registration is:
Registration Details: This will show the instrument numbers and registration dates for all instruments added to the RealtiWeb file.
PIPS: For submitting the Prescribed Information for the Purposes of Section 5.0.1 Form (PIPS) when applicable.
Export to E-Reg: This sets the Docket ID, LRO, Docket Name, and the instruments and document generals for sending to Teraview.
Click on Export to E-Reg. RealtiWeb prefills the Docket ID, Docket Name and LRO based on the file number, re line and selected municipality for the subject property. Select the instruments and document generals to be uploaded to Teraview. Finally, click Export. This will open a new browser window with Teraview loaded. You will automatically be signed in (based on the credentials in your User Settings), and RealtiWeb will upload all the selected information into Teraview.
When the upload is finished, there will be a notification in RealtiWeb. Even though, RealtiWeb is finished, Teraview is still updating with the information. You can check the status of your upload in Teraview under Projects.
Note: Record the Request ID number from Teraview for future reference.
Legacy View
Open the file you want to upload the information for in Teraview. Inside the file, click the three-dots icon, and click Export to e-reg from the dropdown. The Export to e-reg popup will appear.
In the Export To e-reg popup, it shows the Docket ID, Docket Name and LRO # fields for the docket in Teraview. These will be auto completed based on the file number, re line and LRO for the property, and can be changed.
Select the instruments and document general items you want to send to Teraview. For example, the transfer, charge(s), discharge(s) or any of the numerous document general options available in RealtiWeb.
After selecting what to send to Teraview, click on the TVWeb button. This will open a new browser window with Teraview loaded. You will automatically be signed in (based on the credentials in your User Settings), and RealtiWeb will upload all the selected information into Teraview.
When the upload is finished, there will be a notification in RealtiWeb. Even though, RealtiWeb is finished, Teraview is still updating with the information. You can check the status of your upload in Teraview under Projects.
