Uploading to Teraview® (ON)

Realti is capable of exporting file information to Teraview® to create instruments. To set-up your user, start by saving your Teraview account details in the My Connected Accounts for the currently logged in user. This can be located in your Profile (locted at the top right corner of the screen) under your User Preferences

The My Connected Accounts screen will appear. The first section of the screen deals with Teraview / TeranetConnect credentials:

In order to use the Export to E-reg functionality, you must enter your Teraview Account name, Username  and Teraview Password. Click Save in the top right corner of this screen to complete the set-up.
Info
By storing your credentials in LDD applications, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Once this information has been populated, the user account is set up and ready to go. Whenever your Teraview password changes, simply go back to your My Connected Accounts screen to update the password.

Uploading Transfers, Charges/Mortgages, Discharges and Document Generals to Teraview

Open the file you want to export to Teraview. Inside the file, click Workspace under the left side navigation and then under Registration is Export to E-Reg. Realti prefills the Docket ID, Docket Name and LRO based on the file number, re line and selected municipality for the subject property.

Select which instruments are to be uploaded to Teraview. Finally, click Export.

When the upload is finished, there will be a notification in Realti. Even though Realti may be finished, Teraview is still updating with the instruments with information. You can check the status of your upload in Teraview under Projects.

The Instrument will automatically be available within your docket once complete.

Info
Note: Processing times within Teraview may vary, and can take between two to five minutes to complete and be available within your docket.
