Using the Export to E-reg™ Feature in Realti (ON)
To ensure that you are able to use the Export to e-reg™ feature without error, you’ll need to configure your Realti settings to allow you to send instruments for registration to Teraview.
First, log in to Realti and select the user profile icon in the top right navigation pane, then select My Connected Accounts. Once the My Connected Accounts screen loads, input your Teraview® credentials under the Teraview / Teranet Connect section and save.
Next, click Home in the top navigation bar. Select the file that you are working on from the file list. Once the file has opened, click Workspace and select Export to e-reg™ located under the Registration heading. Check off the relevant instrument type (Transfer, Charge, Discharge), and press Export - the export process will work in the background.
You can now proceed to complete the instrument in Teraview by logging in on another browser or tab.
