Multi-Title Transactions (AB)

Multi-Title Transactions (AB)

The Legal Description(s) function under on the Property section can handle multi title transactions. For every Title added, you have more options available in the Legal Description(s).

In the dropdown Title is being, select Purchased, Mortgaged, or Both, to configure the file for the transaction. You can include an individual Tax Roll No., Municipality, and Address for each title imported into the file.

Features

  1. The fields allow you to include specific information for each title in the transaction. For condominiums, you can include the Tax Roll number for each additional title, such as parking stalls and storage units.
  2. You can now easily process Blanket Mortgages by referencing different municipalities and property addresses for each title being mortgaged.
  3. The additional flexibility will also be useful for processing agricultural transactions.

Info
If more than 3 title searches are imported for a property, then instead of having navigation for each individual title search, it will be replaced with a dropdown to switch between the title searches.

Mortgage Forms

Mortgage forms will only populate the properties identified as Mortgaged or Both (purchased and mortgaged).

Fields and Document Customization

We added fields to accommodate the multi title feature. Please contact us if you need help with customizing your documents with these fields.
