Lender Schedules & Importing Mortgage Instructions (AB)

Lender Schedules & Importing Mortgage Instructions (AB)

This article details additional features available in Realti Alberta. To access them, navigate to the Mortgage screen

Versions of Schedules

Realti has bank-issued schedules that can be completed within the system.

On the Mortgage screen, click on the blue Lender Schedules button to view the available schedules for the Lender chosen.

Click on the + Schedule button and then click on the list icon to list the available schedules for the lender. Choose the required schedule needed and complete any necessary fields and then Close. You can choose multiple Schedules if applicable.

Importing Mortgage Instructions

If your mortgage instructions have come in via a portal, the instructions can be copied into your file and can be accessed directly from your file. This will limit the need to go back and forth, manually entering data from LLC or Lender Centre.

You can import mortgage instructions into your file in a couple of different manners. Click on the + button next to Mortgages in the left hand navigation. From here you will see a few different options for adding a mortgage: RenAI Import, Inbox & LLC, Lender Centre, New Standard, Assume, Discharge, Vendor Take Back.

Below is a list of available options with links to their appropriate articles for importing mortgages to your file:

RenAI Import - This feature allows you to import instructions from a PDF document.
Inbox & LLC - Instructions submitted through the LDD Inbox (specific lenders) or Instructions available from your linked LLC account.
Lender Centre - Instruction information can be imported from Lender Centre.

Manual entry of mortgage information is of course still available as a New Standard option.

After importing your mortgage instructions to your file, you can still modify any of the information in the mortgage screen. More information on the Mortgage screen can be found here.
