Lender Schedules & Importing Mortgage Instructions From a Third Party Source (AB)

This article details additional features available in RealtiWeb Alberta. To access them, navigate to the Mortgage screen. 

Versions of Schedules

RealtiWeb has bank-issued schedules that can be completed within the system.

On the Mortgage button, click on the blue link Click here to go to Lender Schedules to view the available schedules for the Lender chosen.

Click on the Add button and then click on the selector icon to list the available Schedules for the lender. Choose the required Schedule needed and complete any necessary fields and then Close. You can choose multiple Schedules if applicable.

Import from Third Party

You can import items from a third party into the system. If your mortgage instructions have come in a portal the instructions can be copied into your system and then information can be downloaded. In the top-right corner of the screen click on the selector icon. In the dropdown menu click Import from third party.

Select where you are importing from in the dropdown menu. After your selection, please follow the instructions in the popup.
