Mortgages through LDD Inbox

Mortgages through LDD Inbox

Notification of Instructions will be e-mailed to your firm (from applicable lenders). The instructions are delivered to your Inbox in RealtiWeb.

Accepting Instructions through the Inbox

Note: After accepting the instructions you will need to request funds and complete the final report in RealtiWeb.

Click on instructions in the LDD Inbox and select ACCEPT. Select ‘Solicitor Instructions’ to open the mortgage package, print the instructions.

In the ‘Controls’ section you can use ‘SEND’ to bring in the information into the RealtiWeb file. This will open a window with an option to create a new file or select a file that is already open. Click Create New File to create a new file, or left-click a file from the list of files.

After deciding on a new or existing RealtiWeb, choose the information to be sent into the RealtiWeb file. This will overwrite any existing information already in the file.

Requesting Funds on a Mortgage through the Inbox

To request funds, select the View button.

Check on the Request Funds button and complete the information in the form. The Solicitor password has to be submitted and is unique for each solicitor to request funds.

Solicitor Password for Requesting Funds through the LDD Inbox

For security reasons, it is required by some lenders to confirm a solicitor password that is specific for the lawyer who received the mortgage instruction package. Any users who are trying to request for funds through RealtiWeb will be required to enter the password.

The solicitor password is set for each lawyer in the Lawyer/Notary Management screen. A user with administrative rights can change the password for the solicitor to request funds by going to the Lawyer/Notary Management screen and modifying the relevant lawyer record. Inside the lawyer record there is a Create/Change Password section, clicking on the chevron will expand the section. Enter a new password, re-enter it and click the button underneath to change the password.

Final Report for Mortgages through the Inbox

When the file is complete the Final Report can be submitted. Click on the VIEW icon under the Mortgage tab in your file. After the screen loads, click on Online Mortgage Report Preparation and complete the requested information. Finally, click Submit to complete the process. All check boxes under Status should now be checked.
