Importing Mortgage Instructions from Lender Centre

You can bring in your mortgage instructions from Lender Centre. Below are instructions on how to set up the connectivity in RealtiWeb with Lender Centre and to bring in the mortgage instructions.

Configuring Your Account

To connect RealtiWeb with Lender Centre, you need an account with Lender Centre.

If you have an account, follow the below steps:
  1. Go to your User Settings under the Settings menu in RealtiWeb.
  2. Go to the Lender Centre section and enter your Account number, User ID and Password.
  3. Press the Verify Login button, and if your credentials are entered correctly, you'll get a popup with a phone code verification box.
  4. Enter the verification number in the popup box, and press Submit.

Bringing Lender Centre Mortgage Instructions into RealtiWeb

Before bringing mortgage instructions from Lender Centre into RealtiWeb, it is important to first accept the mortgage on Lender Centre. After accepting on Lender Centre, create the RealtiWeb file as normal, for help refer to this article. When you're inside the appropriate RealtiWeb file and ready to bring in the mortgage instructions, follow the following:
  1. Navigate to the Mortgages screen.
  2. On the Mortgages screen, click the Import option. Clicking this will show two options: Inbox and Lender Centre.
  3. Click Lender Centre to initiate the retrieval of mortgage instructions from Lender Centre.
  4. All your retrieved mortgage instructions will appear in a list with any that match your clients' names first with a Match button. Click Match, or the number/name of the mortgage instruction to open the mortgage information.
  5. To bring in the mortgage information into your RealtiWeb file, click Import. If applicable, check the checkboxes to indicate the borrower and property information should be included.

Exporting Mortgage Instructions

After importing mortgage instructions into your file, you have the option to export information back to Lender Centre. On the Mortgages screen next to the Import button, you'll see the Export option. The following information will be sent to Lender Centre:
  1. Legal Description
  2. PID
  3. Roll Number
  4. Borrower Names
The export process will begin after clicking the Export button. Once completed, a confirmation message will appear on screen.

Accessing and Uploading Documents

Access your documents from Lender Centre by clicking on the Documents button in the Lender Centre Portal section of the Mortgages screen. This will open a screen the following options:
  1. Documents: for downloading documents available. These documents will be populated with information from your RealtiWeb file when available.
  2. Generate: for generating documents. Select multiple documents using the checkbox next to each document, and then click Generate document(s).
  3. Upload: this facilitates uploading documents to Lender Centre. Select the type of document to be uploaded in the Type dropdown. Then provide additional information in the Other Description field. Upload the documents selected using the Upload button.
