How to Create a File

To create a file, login to RealtiWeb. 

At the top of the File List click + File. Under the File Creation list there are 3 options:
  1. New File
  2. New File From Template
  3. PCLaw Import

Clicking on New File in the File Creation list will bring up the blank file creation screen.

Once the Deal Type and File # fields are completed, the optional Contract Details fields will appear (to match the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for purchase or sale files). These can be completed here or later on.
Note: Contract details vary depending on Deal Type.
After filling in all the required information, click the Create File button. This will create and save the file. The file will open to the Basic screen. Here, further details about the transaction can be added.
