Home Screen: File List, Key Dates & Navigation
After logging in and selecting your province, you will be brought to the Home screen. This screen has your File List, Key Dates, Task Manager.
Located at the top right of the screen you will have a number of icons that will allow you to access different items. More on this will be explained below.
File List
The Home page will show your File List. The file list will show the most recently accessed files (by you). Any file can be searched by utilizing the search bar at the top of the file list. This search will filter through all files, regardless if they are active or archived files.
The Advanced Search function is available in the same search section at the top of the file list. This is identified by the Filter icon to the left of the + File button.
The advanced search allows you to set parameters for what is being searched. For example, searching between two dates for a closing date will provide a list of all files matching the date range.
To sort your files differently for only the current session, click on the column headings (such as File No. or PSM). This will sort by ascending or descending.
Note: PSM is an acronym in Realti that is used for identifying the file type:
P: Purchase file
S: Sale file
M: Mortgage file
In the Master Documents settings, you will see
P, S, M, PS,
PM, SM, and PSM. In this context,
this identifies the file types applicable to each document.
Change what columns you want to appear by clicking the Settings icon and selecting File List Preferences.
Note: Changing the list view will change it for all
users.Navigation
