Handling Mobile and Manufactured Homes in Saskatchewan

Setting the Subject Property as a Mobile or Manufactured Home

In a RealtiWeb Saskatchewan file

On the Property and Legal Description screen, there is a Manufactured Home checkbox. Clicking this checkbox will show the place to enter information related to the mobile/manufactured home.

Finding the Related Documents on the Documents Screen

After you've added the information for the manufactured home, go to the Documents screen to generate documents related to handling a mobile/manufactured home during a real estate transaction. If you search "Mobile", the following documents will be found (selection will vary depending on transaction type).
  1. Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
  2. Assignment of Lot Lease - Mobile Home

The following Sub Documents are useable when handling a mobile or manufactured home, and are generated using "Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home" when inside a RealtiWeb file.
