You can edit the appearance of the documents that you generate in a Realti by modifying its Master document.
To modify a master document, navigate to
Settings in the top right navigation pane within Realti. Under the heading Documents you will find Masters. The complete list of master documents will appear. Select the document that you would like to modify and click on it.
Editing Document Attributes
Once you have selected a master document to modify, a new screen will appear. Navigate to the
Document Setup
section (near the top of the screen) and select the
Settings
button to the right of
Document Setup
. A popup window will appear, displaying the following document attribute fields:
- Name: when you change the document name it will automatically create a new (green) document. You will need to add the new (green) document into the package again and remove the LDD standard (blue) document.
- Apply To: you can select if the document will be applicable to Purchase, Sale, Mortgage Files
- Category: this would list the document under the selected Category
- Loop Based On: this would create one document for each of field loops selected. Check out this article for more information on clause looping.
Editing Document Appearance and Template Used
The template type associated with the selected master document will have default margins, fonts and other document settings, however, these defaults can be overwritten by selecting Page Setup to the right of Document Setup and adjusting the settings as you see fit.
Alternatively, you can change the template type associated with the master document altogether by clicking the
icon after clicking the lock icon
for the Document Template field in Document Setup.
Note: You must press the Save Master button at the top of the master document screen in order for your changes to be effected.
