Important Information for RealtiWeb Saskatchewan Users

Firm Databases

You can request that Lenders, Municipalities or other Database items are entered for your firm, however, maintaining your databases is your responsibility. Databases are accessed, and can be modified or updated, from the selector icon within the various sections of any file.

Mortgage Documents

Mortgage documents are uploaded to RealtiWeb in PDF format. The documents generated from RealtiWeb will bring in file information, however some information required by the lender is not stored in RealtiWeb. Review for and enter any missing information the information. Refer to this article for how to add a mortgage to your RealtiWeb file.

Custom ISC Documents

Custom ISC documents have been created in RealtiWeb, meaning you're able to customize these documents for any vendor. The transfer documents are set up to create the Affidavit of Execution when Other is selected in Document Control Items for Witness.

Importing from ISC

A key feature of RealtiWeb for Saskatchewan real estate is bringing in the information from ISC. Follow this article on bringing in the information. Resolve the encumbrances after importing. Refer this article for more information on the Issues screen.

Editing Documents

Documents are created within RealtiWeb and are recommended to be saved within the file. Documents can be saved in PDF or Microsoft Word format, however, when information is changed in the file, it will not be reflected in a saved PDF or Microsoft Word format.
