Importing From ISC & Accessing Transfer Documents (SK)

Note: Please consult the Important Information for Users article for further information regarding title importing and transfer documents.

Importing From ISC

On the ISC website, find and select the relevant title. Copy all the text in the title. In your RealtiWeb file, click Title Search (found on the Basic Information screen), and press Click here to import.

When bringing in names from a title search, there are multiple options.
  1. Add as Registered Owner and as per Agreement: if the name is not in the file yet, this option will add the person as registered on title and as per agreement.
  2. Match Existing Registered/Agreement Name: if the name is already in the file, this option will allow you to match which name to match to (this avoids duplicating the person's name in your file).
Adjust the Reference Land Description to how you want it shown in your file.

When all titles have been imported, return to the Basic Information screen to check the imported details. Resolve all the items brought into the file on the Issues screen. Enter additional information in the Property and Legal Description screen.

Parcel/Title info - Purchaser & Mortgagor

Parcel information for the Purchaser/Mortgagor in the edit section will bring in only the Parcel #. Once Registration is complete, the user may add the new Title # and select the date that registration took place.

Parcel/Title info - Vendor

After importing the title, the Parcel #, Title #, and Old Value will display for each Vendor. In Tenant in Common setups, only the Title # relevant to the particular Vendor will show in that Vendor’s screen. If there is no information in the Parcel Info section, this means the Import has not been completed correctly. Title Value is added in Property & Legal.

Transfer Documents

Transfer Documents have been re-created in RealtiWeb in the general format of the ISC. Title numbers, values, vendor’s names, and purchaser’s names all prepopulate in the documents. Transfer Documents are designed to be used as re-usable documents.

The City, Province, Homestead Act and Registered Owner Name will all be placed into the relevant documents.

Note: Transfer docs are programmed so that if you select Other in Document Control Items for Witness, the Affidavit of Execution will be created.

Registration Details

Once registration occurs at ISC, return to the file to enter the information, such as interest register # of new interest, date of registration and discharged encumbrances. To do this, enter the RealtiWeb file and click the three-dots icon. Then click Registration Details. The Registration screen will appear to collect the information.

The Registration screen will accept information for the registry of the new mortgages, new interests, discharging of encumbrances (and the identifying the confirmation of discharge using the Discharged? checkbox). From this screen, open the Purchaser's information to enter the new title numbers using the pencil icon. (The new title numbers are available in the Parcel Info section for each Purchaser.)
