Handling Mobile and Manufactured Homes in Manitoba

Setting the Subject Property as a Mobile or Manufactured Home

In a RealtiWeb Manitoba file

On the Property and Legal Description screen, there is a Manufactured Home checkbox. Clicking this checkbox will show the place to enter information related to the mobile/manufactured home.

Finding the Related Documents on the Documents Screen

After you've added the information for the manufactured home, go to the Documents screen to generate documents related to handling a mobile/manufactured home during a real estate transaction. If you search "Mobile", the following documents will be found (selection will vary depending on transaction type).
  1. Mobile Home - Letter to Mortgage Lender Evidencing Discharge
  2. Mobile Home - Letter to Purchaser Evidencing Discharge
  3. Mobile Home Bill of Sale
  4. Mobile Home Declaration as to Possession
  5. Mobile Home Letter to Other Side Follow up on Discharge
  6. Mobile Home Letter to Other Side with Discharge
  7. Mobile Home Sale Trust Letter
  8. Mobile Home Trust Letter
