Handling Mobile and Manufactured Homes in Manitoba
Setting the Subject Property as a Mobile or Manufactured Home
In a RealtiWeb Manitoba file
On the Property and Legal Description screen, there is a Manufactured Home checkbox. Clicking this checkbox will show the place to enter information related to the mobile/manufactured home.
After you've added the information for the manufactured home, go to the Documents screen to generate documents related to handling a mobile/manufactured home during a real estate transaction. If you search "Mobile", the following documents will be found (selection will vary depending on transaction type).
- Mobile Home - Letter to Mortgage Lender Evidencing Discharge
- Mobile Home - Letter to Purchaser Evidencing Discharge
- Mobile Home Bill of Sale
- Mobile Home Declaration as to Possession
- Mobile Home Letter to Other Side Follow up on Discharge
- Mobile Home Letter to Other Side with Discharge
- Mobile Home Sale Trust Letter
- Mobile Home Trust Letter
