Generating Your eMortgage (MB)
All relevant information has to be entered into your RealtiWeb file and the requirements by Teranet® Manitoba have to be met.
Step 1: Navigate to the
Mortgage screen. Complete all the information in accordance with your mortgage instructions. If you are instructed to enter the
Loan Amount or the
Mortgage Description, simply check the relevant box. Other Details has a selection of inserts relevant to the particular lender, which you can access from the database.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Additional Provisions section. If a schedule or insert has to be added to your eMortgage, check the relevant box and select a schedule or insert from the mortgage specific database. You can also add your own inserts and Save to Favorite, or cut and paste the schedule sent to you by the lender. Complete any other required information prior to generating your eMortgage.
Step 3: You can generate your mortgage from the Dropdown which is located next to the Mortgage button, and click Teranet Manitoba. A pop-up screen will open. Select which Forms you would like to generate by clicking the checkboxes, and press generate at the bottom of the pop-up screen.
