Working with LTSA, we’ve updated RealtiWeb to upload PTT information to myLTSA through our Web Filing integration. Some things to note:
- This integration scans your RealtiWeb file and uploads appropriate information to myLTSA
- Calculations are performed on the LTSA website
- Print the PDF from myLTSA for client signing
- Use the Refresh function to import updated PTT calculations into your RealtiWeb file
Web Filing tab on Registration Screen
To accommodate the LOTR capability and expanded web filing, and electronic PTT forms and registration submissions to the LTSA website, we added a Registration screen (to the right of the Docs screen). Click on the Web Filing tab.
- If you haven’t already logged into myLTSA, begin by confirming your myLTSA User ID and Password. Click on Validate.
- Click on the Create New Package button.
- Confirm your desired package name and click on the +Add Forms to Package link
After clicking on the blue +Add Forms to Package link, all available Land Titles Forms are displayed in two categories: Web Filing and PDF Forms.
- Currently the Property Transfer Tax Return form (among others) are available through our Web Filing integration.
- The other PDF forms are available for your convenience. These are also available on the RealtiWeb Docs screen.
- To create a blank PTT Form in your myLTSA account, check the box beside Property Transfer Tax Return and click on the Add Selected Forms to Package button.
The Web Filing tab shows the Forms you selected on the pop-up. You can add further forms by clicking on the +Add Forms to Package link.
- After you've added as much information as possible in your RealtiWeb file, click on the Upload link.
- Because the transfer tax calculations are performed on myLTSA, click on the Go to myLTSA link to finalize the form.
If you’ve selected any of the PDF forms to be a part of this package, click on View PDF to view and print for client signing.
On myLTSA, the PTT form will have the data from your RealtiWeb file. Follow LTSA’s guidance on entering other required information, printing a copy for your client to sign, and e-signing the submission copy.
Updating the PTT calculations in RealtiWeb
After you’ve made your changes on myLTSA, you can update the PTT calculations by clicking on the Refresh link. This updates the values in the PTT section of the Contract Details tab on the Basic screen and updates the Total PTT Payable in your Trust In/Out screen.
If the form has been e-signed, you can also download the PDF of the finalized form.
