Web Filing with myLTSA (BC)

Web Filing with myLTSA (BC)

RealtiWeb added to the Web Filing capability with myLTSA . Our interface has everything you need to submit, validate, and sign documents with your myLTSA credentials without leaving the RealtiWeb site.

For specific information related to other myLTSA integrations, view these guides:
  1. Title Searching
  2. Creating PTT Forms
You can now prepare these Web Filing forms in RealtiWeb:
  1. Form A Freehold Transfer
  2. Form B Mortgage
  3. Form C Release
  4. Form C Charge
  5. Form 17 - Fee Simple
  6. Form 17 - Charge, Notation or Filing
  7. Form 17 - Cancellation of Charge, Notation or Filing
  8. Declaration
  9. Claim of Builders Lien
  10. Strata Property Act Filing
  11. Property Transfer Tax Return (Includes Additional PTT if applicable)

A note on Form B Mortgages

The Mortgages tab has been re-designed to match the layout of the screen on myLTSA. Depending on the mortgage lender, payment provision data refer to a Lender Schedule; myLTSA has individual fields for these items. To accommodate this, RealtiWeb uploads the Lender Schedule information to the Mortgage Terms section on myLTSA. You can either copy this information into the applicable fields in RealtiWeb before uploading or on myLTSA after the upload.

Creating New Packages

Creating a new package for web filing couldn’t be easier. Simply go to our Registration screen in RealtiWeb and click on the Web Filing tab. From here, you'll see a ‘Create New Package’ button which allows you to add, edit, and upload your web filing documents.

Adding Forms to a Package

After clicking on the blue +Add Forms to Package link, all available Land Titles Forms are displayed in two categories: Web Filing and PDF Forms. Currently, there are a number of forms available through our web filing integration. The other PDF forms are available for your convenience. These are also available on the RealtiWeb Docs screen.

Check the box beside the forms you wish to add and click on the Add Selected Forms to Package button. This creates blank Forms in your myLTSA account.

Updating & Uploading Forms

You can update information by clicking edit (pencil icon). This allows you to update information in RealtiWeb related to the document as well as add any additional fields required by the form.

Note: The PTT form must be completed and signed on the LTSA website (once you have uploaded your information from RealtiWeb, we will redirect you there).

Validating & Signing Documents

Validating & Signing Documents is a short and simple process. You must validate a document before you can sign it. To validate, just click the Validate link. This will return one of three statuses:

  1. Passed - when your document has been fully validated and is ready to be signed.
  2. Passed with Warning - this means there are some fields that have not been filled out in the form. You can sign documents with warnings.
  3. Failed - this is when there is an error in your document preventing signing. You can edit (pencil icon) the document or click on the status to see the error(s).

Once your document is validated, sign it by clicking Sign.

Note: If your myLTSA login isn’t linked to a Juricert signature, a user with a valid digital certificate can log in and sign in RealtiWeb. Alternatively, you can email the document link to the myLTSA user(s) in your firm with a valid certificate for signing.

Viewing PDFs & Updating Forms after Signing

Once a document has been signed, you will be able to view the PDF. You may update the document if needed; however, this will remove the signature.
