Submitting PIPS Form in RealtiWeb (ON)

You can export information for the Prescribed Information for the Purposes of Section 5.0.1 (PIPS) form by clicking the three-dots icon and then Export to e-reg.

Steps before performing your first export

An administrator of the firm account should enter the firm's Teraview account and TV Number in Firm Settings.

Sending the Prescribed Information for Purposes of Section 5.0.1 (PIPS) Form to Teranet eXpress®

Depending on using the Enhanced or Legacy view, accessing this feature is different.

Enhanced View

  1. Inside a RealtWeb file, click on Workspace.
  2. In the side navigation, under Registration, click PIPS.
  3. Complete the form as required before submitting it.
  4. In RealtiWeb, the Form ID field will automatically populate from Teranet Express®. Save your file in RealtiWeb.

Legacy View

  1. Inside a RealtiWeb file, select Export to e-reg from the three-dots icon.
  2. Click on Create beside the PIPS form.
  3. Teranet Express® will open and log you in, and RealtiWeb will automatically upload the applicable info, i.e., PIN(s), Transferee(s) (Individuals or Corporations), and Date of Birth.
  4. Complete the form as required on Teranet®.
  5. In RealtiWeb, the Form ID field will automatically populate from Teranet Express®. Save your file in RealtiWeb.
  6. If you haven’t submitted the form yet, click the Open PIPS button to go to the correct form.
When you're ready to send the RealtiWeb file information to the transfer in Teraview®, remember to copy the form ID for the transfer.
