Using the Export to E-reg™ Feature in RealtiWeb for Windows 11 Users (ON)

If you are a Windows 11 user, you may experience issues using the export to e-reg feature in RealtiWeb. To ensure that you are able to use the feature without error, you’ll need to configure your workstation and RealtiWeb settings to allow you to send instruments for registration to Teraview on your web browser.

First, log in to RealtiWeb and select User Settings under Tools in the top navigation pane. Once the User Settings page loads, input your Teraview® credentials under the 3rd Party Account Information section and save.

Next, select Options under Tools. A pop-up dialog will appear. Check off the Teraview Auto-Submission option at the bottom of the pop-up and press OK. These options apply only to the current workstation that you are working on, and will need to change this setting on all of your other workstations, if applicable.

Next, click Main in the top navigation bar. Select the file that you are working on from the file list. Once the file has opened, click on the three-dots icon (near the save) and select Export to e-reg. Check off the relevant instrument type (Transfer, Charge, Discharge), and press TVWeb - the export process will work in the background.

You can now proceed to complete the instrument in Teraview by logging in on another browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
