Navigating the LDD Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is designed to help you find the tips, tricks and other information that you need to more efficiently and effectively use LDD applications. This article briefly outlines the structure and core features of the Knowledge Base.
Finding a Help Article in the Knowledge Base
You can browse our help articles by application and topic, or you can simply type your question into the search bar to find related articles.
Articles are categorized by Application (i.e. RealtiWeb), by Topic (i.e. Working in Your File, Integrations & Enhancements), and by Province if there are unique issues or topics pertaining to a provincial version of an LDD application (i.e. RealtiWeb British Columbia).
Note: You may be able to find information about your Provincial version of RealtiWeb in the Core Features section which contains articles relevant to all versions of RealtiWeb. If you're unsure where a particular article might be located, use the Search bar to quickly find relevant articles.
Browsing with Tags or Related Articles
If you’re looking for additional information or related articles for a particular topic, you can use the Tag and Related Articles modules on the right side navigation located in any Knowledge Base article. Each of these modules should be visible on the right side of this article.
