Creating the Other Side File When Acting For Both Parties

Note: The following information is relevant for all versions of RealtiWeb, except RealtiWeb Ontario. If you're using RealtiWeb Ontario, refer to this article.
If you are acting for both parties in a Purchase and Sale transaction, you can create the other side file by performing the following steps:
  1. Step 1: Open a Purchase or Sale file, and enter all pertinent information regarding the transferees/transferors, property and contract details.
  2. Step 2: Press the three-dots () in the top right corner of the screen, and select Create Other Side File.
  3. Step 4: Enter a File No. for the other side file, and press Create.
Once the other side file has been created, you can subsequently disconnect the files by using the three-dots and selecting Disconnect Other Side File.
