Getting Started: Setting Your LLC Mortgage Portal Credentials in RealtiWeb

The integration with Lender Lawyer Connect (LLC) is not available in RealtiWeb Nova Scotia.

Setting Mortgage Portal Credentials in Lawyer Profiles

Before you can begin accepting mortgage instructions through the LLC mortgage portal, you must first specify portal credentials in the Lawyer Profile for each lawyer. There should be one Lawyer Profile per lawyer at your firm, ensure to edit the existing Lawyer Profile (rather than creating a new one).

To set the credentials, log in to RealtiWeb first. After the main screen loads, under Tools select Firm Settings. Next, in the Account Setup section, click Modify next to Lawyer Setup.
Note: Alternatively, you can set your lawyer credentials by logging in and selecting Lawyer & Notary Management.

On the Lawyer & Notary Management screen, edit the Lawyer Profile by clicking on the pencil next to the lawyer's name. This will load the Lawyer Profile with the FCT Credentials section.

In the Username and Password fields, add your credentials (assuming your the lawyer) exactly as you would on the Lender Lawyer Connect website. After entering the credentials, click Validate.

After validating, you can optionally use the Go to FCT Profile button to view your contact and firm information and change your password.
Note: If you have difficulties validating your credentials, please contact the LLC support team by phone at 1-877-929-0990 or by email at LLCsupport@fct.ca. The LDD Support team can not reset your LLC credentials.

You can now begin importing mortgage instructions into your file either from the LDD Inbox or directly from your RealtiWeb file.

OPTIONAL: Setting Your FCT Title Insurance/LLC Mortgage Portal Credentials in User Settings

You can also set your portal credentials through User Settings

To do so, navigate to RealtiWeb. Select User Settings under Tools. Find the FCT Title Insurance/LLC Mortgage Portal section. If you're a lawyer select the checkbox indicating “I am a lawyer, use my credentials”.

If you're not the lawyer, enter your LLC credentials. If this is left blank, you'll not be able to complete the Final Report to the Lender.

Note: In User Settings, you may receive an error indicating that the Lawyer Profile is not set. Please enter and validate your credentials in the Lawyer Profile, using the process outlined above, before proceeding to User Settings.
