Changing Your Password

If you have admin access through your login, follow these steps:
  1. Login to your account from the link: ldd.ca/login
  2. Click the User Management link in the Account Admin section.
  3. A list of all users who can access your account will appear. Find and click on your user.
  4. Under Reset Password enter and verify a new password in the appropriate fields, then click the Reset Password button.

Note: Passwords can only contain letters and numbers.

If you do not have admin access to change your password, simply follow the following steps:
  1. Login to your account from the link: ldd.ca/login
  2. Click the Change Password link in the Account Admin section.
  3. A new browser tab will open with the fields to change your account password.
  4. After entering your current password and desired password, click Update.

Note: Passwords can only contain letters and numbers.
