Using the Real Estate Agent Search

To save time inputting real estate agent information manually, you can quickly perform an agent search within a RealtiWeb file.


To perform a search, first navigate to the Basic screen within a RealtiWeb File. Click the Contract Details tab and navigate to the Real Estate Commissions section. To select a brokerage and real estate agent, use the ellipsis button to open a pop-up window and enter your search criteria. You can search for a real estate agent in two ways, described in detail below.

Option I: Use the Realtor.ca Search

You can search Realtor.ca directly through RealtiWeb in the bottom half of the pop-up screen. Once you locate the broker for your file, you can update your list of Real Estate Agents by clicking on the search result. 


Option II: Search My List

You can search for the real estate agent in Search My List for agents already added to your account. 


To maintain your database of brokerages and agents, use the edit button beside the Broker field. After updating the information, click Update List to update your firm’s database or the OK button to only update the broker in this file.
