Renumbering Numbered Items in a Generated RealtiWeb Document

Renumbering Numbered Items in a Generated RealtiWeb Document

The standard RealtiWeb documents are normally created using the field numbering (for more information on this, read this article) and having a separate clause for each numbered item. One reason for this is, the various conditions added to various clauses, and the field numbering ensures the document generates with the correct numbers.

If you've generated a document that has a clause that is unwanted, or you are missing a clause, it's possible to make these changes and reset the numbering of the clauses. There are two possible situations when adding/removing clauses, text in a table and outside of a table. Both are explained below, followed by a universal renumbering section.

Add a Numbered Clause

To add a numbered item follow these steps:
  1. Right-click on an existing numbered clause.
  2. Select Duplicate Clause.
  3. Double-click into the duplicated clause to replace the text. Do not change the number.
See "Renumbering Items" below to reset the clause numbering.

Remove a Numbered Clause
