Providing you a Secure Operating Environment with Internet Explorer

To use Microsoft Edge instead of Internet Explorer, follow the instructions in this guide.
You may have heard some information about Internet Explorer (IE) and its long-term security.
We take the security of your operating environment very seriously and have confirmed the following information from Microsoft:
The current and most up to date version of Internet Explorer is IE 11, which is built into
Windows 10. When Windows 10 is updated with the latest security patches from Microsoft, IE
11 is updated at the same time. This continues for the lifecycle of Windows 10, which Microsoft
has announced they will support and update until 2025.

Users who have not installed Windows 10 might have an outdated version of Internet Explorer
(IE10 or earlier). Windows 7 and 8 users have the option to manually install and maintain IE 11
with the latest patches and updates.
For security reasons our recommendation is to run Windows 10 and install security updates from Microsoft in a timely manner. This keeps IE 11 up to date.
