Project Information & Documents into RealtiWeb using NewHomeConnect
New home projects in Ontario and British Columbia are available to be imported into RealtiWeb using the NewHomeConnect feature.
From RealtiWeb, click on either the Inbox or Notifications icon in the top-right of the page. Once you find the relevant Builder project, click on it and you'll have the option to either import the information to an existing RealtiWeb file, or create a new file.
If you choose to select an existing file, you'll be shown a list of your active files with the option to search for the file you want to import into. If you choose to create a new file, you will be prompted to enter a file number and some basic information to open the file.
Contact the Vendor’s Lawyer to ensure that the documents have been posted when you do not see the project in the list. If you still don’t see the Project in your Inbox, contact our support team.
After selecting an existing file or creating a new file, you'll see the screen displaying information from the vendor's lawyer against information already entered in your file. You have the option to import either individual fields using the arrow buttons, or use the Import buttons at the top of various sections to import all available information from the vendor's lawyer into your file. Importing data from the Project posting will populate it into your file, and overwrite any information you may have already entered in yourself.
If you import the information from the vendor's lawyer into your file and later require changes, you will need to do so manually.
Accessing New Home Documents in Your RealtiWeb File
To access documents posted by the vendor's lawyer, click on "Documents from Seller Side". From here, you'll see a full list of documents that have been posted by the vendor's lawyer. You are able to open and download the documents, verify when they were posted, and viewing any notes that the vendor's lawyer has attached.
When working in your RealtiWeb file in the future, you can click on the NewHome tab on the left-side to return to this section to view, import and access information and documents from the vendor's lawyer.
