Policy on Customer Support and Training for RealtiBuilderSales® Users

The Importance of Training

LDD’s RealtiBuilderSales ("RBS") is a robust system that allows law firms acting for new home builders to easily process sales files for condominium and home sales. RBS includes features that allow users to manage these sales on both a project and individual unit/lot basis.

It is highly recommended that all users partake in training with an LDD Product Specialist to familiarize themselves with the sophisticated capabilities of RBS. Training is extremely beneficial and includes instruction on how to set up your projects to fully maximize the efficiency of the system. There is a modest fee for these training sessions.

Responding to Support Requests

LDD prides itself on providing a high level of support and service at no additional cost to our users. We are always happy to respond to questions from our clients. However, to maintain the lowest per-unit transaction costs in Canada, we need to ensure these support requests are not used as a substitute for training.

LDD would like to continue offering customer support at no additional cost to you. As such, we may insist that users who have not gone through a training session do so before submitting their support requests. This is a policy we will selectively enforce only if it is deemed that such support requests are being made in lieu of proper training.
