Setting Up Your WebDocumentServices Account

How can I subscribe to gain access to OREA forms?

Subscribing to access OREA forms is easy! If you have an LDD account, follow the instructions in this article. If you encounter a message when trying to access WebDocumentServices, or do not have an LDD account, go to www.ldd.ca/sign-up and select OREA form subscription in the applications list on the web form. An onboarding specialist will follow-up with you with further information about accessing the OREA forms. You will also be asked to provide payment information (either credit card or pre-authorized debit) to activate the subscription.

Does each lawyer need to purchase their own subscription?

Yes, each lawyer interested in accessing OREA forms must subscribe individually. Sharing and distributing copies of OREA forms among lawyers at your firm is strictly prohibited.

How can I add a lawyer?

To add a lawyer, login to your account at www.ldd.ca/login. Once logged in, click on Lawyer & Notary Management in the Account Admin section. Once the screen loads, press the Add in the top-right corner to add a Lawyer. Enter their information and press the Piggy Bank icon to save.

Can an OREA subscription be transferred to another lawyer?

Unfortunately, OREA subscriptions can not be transferred to another lawyer. Each lawyer interested in accessing OREA forms must subscribe individually.

How can I access OREA forms through WebDocumentServices?

You can access OREA forms through WebDocumentServices after logging in at ldd.ca/login. Follow the instructions in this article to access your forms.

Which web browsers can I use to access OREA forms on WebDocumentServices?

You can use Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on a Windows PC. We recommend using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome when accessing OREA forms to ensure the smoothest experience.

I forgot my account / user name. What should I do next?

If you have forgotten your account or username, please contact the account administrator at your firm. If you are an account administrator and cannot access your account, please call our support team at 1-800-363-2253.

I forgot my password. What should I do next?

If you’ve forgotten your password, type in the password you last remember. If you are not the account administrator you will see a “Forgot Password?” link. Click on the link, verify your email, and press Reset. An email with a password reset link will be sent to you. If you are using the Super Admin account and have forgotten the password, please call our support team at 1-800-363-2253.

Billing & Payment Information

How can I provide payment information to renew my OREA subscription?

To provide payment information, login to your account at www.ldd.ca/login. Once logged in, click on Update Payment Information in the Account Admin section. This will open a Payment Information Update PDF form for completion. Please send the completed form by saving it and emailing to accountsreceivable@ldd.ca or faxing to 1-866-239-3829.

Will my OREA subscription automatically renew?

No, your OREA forms subscription does not automatically renew. Your subscription is valid until the end of the calendar year, after which you will have to manually re-subscribe.

How can I get a receipt for my OREA subscription payment?

You can access your billing statements in WebDocumentServices by clicking on Accounting in the top-right corner of the screen. Here you can access your billing statements for your annual OREA subscription payments.
