Modifying Master Document Pre-Body and Post-Body Sections

Modifying Master Document Pre-Body and Post-Body Sections

You can edit the pre-body and post-body appearance and content of the documents that you generate in a RealtiWeb by modifying its Master document.

To modify a master document, navigate to Tools > Documents in the top navigation pane in RealtiWeb. The complete list of master documents will appear.  Select the document that you would like to modify and click on it.

See images of pre-body and post-body sections in the Attachments section at the bottom of this article.

Modifying Your Document's Pre-Body Content

The pre-body section will default to the template type, however, you can easily override this within the specific document.

Pre-body content is located below Document Setup and before the Document Body.

There are several content fields for you to add Pre-body content, which will appear in order on your documents (see the screenshot below). Type into any of the content boxes directly to add content or click the [...] to open a list of fields to select.

Modifying Your Document's Pre-Body Content & Settings

Modifying the Post-Body section (located below the Document Body section) is similar to modifying Pre-Body content, with some additional options to change the signature format and other post-body settings (see the screenshot below). Defaults, which are greyed out, can be changed within each document.
