How to Add the Education Tax Rebate Adjustment in RealtiWeb (MB)

Manitoba’s 2021 budget included an Education Tax Rebate applicable in 2021 and 2022. This rebate is continuing in 2022. Please follow the steps below to include the adjustment item in your RealtiWeb file.
  1. Go to Financial → Stmt of Adjustments.
  2. Click on the Add Adjustment button.
  3. Select Other (Prorated) from the list.
  4. In the Description field, enter Education Tax Rebate.
  5. Select Purchaser or Vendor from the Credit dropdown, depending on who is receivingthe tax rebate.
  6. Enter your calculated amount in the Amount ($) field. Refer to the Province of Manitoba guidance if needed to calculate this amount.
  7. For Period From and Period To, enter January 1 and December 31 of the current year.
  8. The adjustment amount and default wording are automatically populated. If the Vendor is receiving the tax rebate, change the Vendor Received/Paid ($) field to zero.


  9. Close the Adjustment window and the new adjustment item is added to your Statement of Adjustments.
