Modifying Firm Information & Advanced Access Management

Modifying Firm Information & Advanced Access Management

The firm information and advanced access management are limited to the Super Admin account. To login as the Super Admin:
  1. Go to www.ldd.ca.
  2. Click on Login on the top-right of the page.
  3. Enter your Account and Password (leaving the Username blank). Then click Login.
  4. After logging in, the administrator functions are accessible.

Firm Information

Here, you are able to set who the account administrator is and how best to get in contact with him/her, security questions, password requirements for users, and change your password. After you have made changes, click the Piggy Bank icon to save.

The account administrator name, contact details, and security questions will be shown, with the Security Settings and Change Password sections collapsed.

Note: Contact the LDD Support Desk to change the Firm Name on this screen.

If you expand Security Settings, you can change the password requirements and other account settings for your firm. The last section, Change Password, allows you to change Super Admin account password.

Advanced Access Management

Advanced access management allows you to control which users can change lawyer information. To access this feature after logging in:
  1. Click Firm Information. A new tab will open.
  2. Click Advanced Access Management to load the feature.
After opening the feature, you'll see a table with all the user accounts listed on the left side. Each column to the right is a lawyer on the account. By default all user accounts are able to access all lawyer files. To change the access level for a user, change the dropdown (that's in the correct lawyer column) from "Yes" to "No".
