Configuring Your Web Browser (Microsoft Edge)

As of September 6, 2023, the two separate URLs to access RealtiWeb were combined together. Later, on December 20, 2023, changes to RealtiWeb resulted in Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer compatibility mode in Edge to no longer open RealtiWeb. Those using Internet Explorer must use Edge or Chrome browser, and Edge will always open without Internet Explorer compatibility mode.

Please only use the following steps in the article to access RealtiBuilderSales at this time.

You can identify that Edge is in Internet Explorer compatibility mode by the presence of an Internet Explorer logo in the URL bar.

To continue using RealtiWeb in the look and feel of Internet Explorer in the Microsoft Edge browser, follow these steps:
  1. Download and install the LDD Online Utility.
  2. Close all Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer windows. This step is a MUST!
  3. Install the file downloaded in Step 1 (it may be in your Downloads folder).
  4. Open Edge (or Internet Explorer) and login to your program as you usually do.

As of August 23, 2023, a change in Microsoft Edge may require additional steps.
  1. In Microsoft Edge click the icon that looks like an "e" along the top.

  2. A list of options will appear, activate the toggle that says "Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time. Then click "Done".

If you're unable to install the above files, you may need to ask your IT department to install these files.
