Activating the Commercial Transaction Bundle

On File Opening

When you create a new file and are on the File Opening screen, you will see the File Configuration section after you've selected the transaction type. To activate on file opening, select  Yes beside Use  Commercial Transaction Bundle. This option is available on Purchase or Sale transactions.

In a RealtiWeb Ontario file

On the Basic Information tab go to the File Configuration section. Click the blue Activate link beside the Use Commercial Transaction Bundle. This is available on Purchase or Sale Transactions.

Activating this bundle is permanent on your RealtiWeb file and cannot be undone. Additional transaction fees may apply. See our full fee schedule for details.

Commercial Category on the Issues Screen

After you've activated your bundle, a new Commercial category is displayed on your Master Issues tab. This will allow you to add items related to commercial property transactions to your Requisition, Undertaking or Reporting Letters. You will also be able to generate Letters of Inquiry ( Search Letters) and other related documents when applicable.
