Adding, Modifying & Removing a Lawyer/Notary

This screen allows you to manage your firm’s lawyers and notaries. You need administrative rights to add lawyers and notaries.

After you login to LDD from www.ldd.ca/login, click on Lawyer & Notary Management.

Adding Lawyers and Notaries

To start adding a lawyer or notary, click Add.

The page will load with information automatically filled in from the Firm Information (for more information see this article), and can be overwritten for the lawyer or notary as required. Enter the lawyer or notary's name, preferred email address, phone and fax number.

Click the Piggy Bank icon to save. This will complete adding the lawyer/notary to the firm account.

Modifying Lawyers/Notaries

To update information for a lawyer, click the pencil icon beside their name and update as necessary. Save changes via the Piggy Bank icon.

Deleting Lawyers and Notaries

To remove a lawyer/notary, click the Trash Bin icon beside the lawyer/notary to remove them from the account.
