To access the Power of Attorney Tab, navigate to the Wills/POA/Codicil Screen. On the POA screen, you can create a Power of Attorney for Property and Personal Care for the client and their partner, if applicable.
Before generating the Power of Attorney document for Property or Personal care you should add conditions. Click the🗦 button to open the clause library, and select a clause from the Powers of Attorney - Conditions library, or your own custom clause.
You can specify the number of copies of the POA held by the client and by the lawyer by filling in the No. Copies held by fields.
Finally, generate the Power of Attorney for Property or Personal Care by clicking the Click to Create document links at the top of each section.
