Accessing the Email Feature in RealtiWeb

Need to email a client? You don’t have to leave RealtiWeb to do so by using the Email feature within a file.
To activate the email feature perform the following steps:
  1. Open a RealtiWeb file and click on the Email icon in the Taskbar in the top right corner of the screen. An email pop-up will appear.
  2. To send an email, you will first need to validate your email address. Press Validate. An email will be sent with a validation link. Upon clicking the link, a notice will appear on a new tab indicating that your email has been verified.
  3. Go back to your RealtiWeb file and re-open the email pop-up.
  4. Specify the Email recipients in the To:, CC: and BCC: fields. Please limit the number of recipients in each of these fields to a maximum of five individuals. You can modify the Subject and the Body of the email in the bottom two fields.
  5. To send the email press the Send button in the top right corner.
If you wish to send a document to your client(s), you may also access the email feature from the Documents screen and attach the relevant document. Check out this article for more information about sharing documents by email in RealtiWeb.
