To activate the email feature perform the following steps:
- Open a RealtiWeb file and click on the Email icon in the Taskbar in the top right corner of the screen. An email pop-up will appear.
- To send an email, you will first need to validate your email address. Press Validate. An email will be sent with a validation link. Upon clicking the link, a notice will appear on a new tab indicating that your email has been verified.
- Go back to your RealtiWeb file and re-open the email pop-up.
- Specify the Email recipients in the To:, CC: and BCC: fields. Please limit the number of recipients in each of these fields to a maximum of five individuals. You can modify the Subject and the Body of the email in the bottom two fields.
