Accessing New Home Documents in WebDocumentRetrieval
To retrieve documents related to a New Home project in LDD WebDocumentRetrieval, follow the instructions below:
- Go to https://www.lawyerdonedeal.com/dr/ and log in to your LDD Account or enter the 26-digit Deal Code provided by the vendor’s lawyer.
- To view your project’s documents, click on the appropriate building project from the main project listing. You can sort the list according to the project’s name, the law firm, or the project location by clicking on the column headers. If you have logged in with a deal code, you will automatically be directed to the relevant project deal.
- Once you have selected a project (either by selection or through a deal code), you will be able to download two types of documents: Public Documents and Your Specific Documents.
- Public Documents are situated on the left side of the page. To download Public Documents, simply click on the document. You can either Print or Save the documents by pressing their respective icon once the document has successfully opened.
- Your specific documents are situated on the right side of the page. To download them, you will need to log in with a preassigned passphrase provided by the Declarant’s solicitor. Click on a document to open it. You can either Print or Save the documents by pressing their respective icon once the document has successfully opened.
