Accessing Administrator Functions

Logging in as Administrator

Go to www.ldd.ca and click on Login on the top-right of the page.
For administrator access, login as the Super Admin (or with your personal credentials if you have administrator access). The Super Admin account is accessed by leaving the username blank.

Accessing Administrator Functions

After logging in, the administrative functions are accessible under Account Admin. The list of options are:
  1. Firm Information: Information pertaining to the Super Account can be amended as needed (limited to Super Admin accounts).
  2. User Management: Add and delete users or amend user information.
  3. Lawyer & Notary Management: Manage the firm’s lawyers and notaries.
  4. Advanced Access Management: This allows you to manage which user accounts are able to create files for your firm’s lawyers.
  5. View Billing: This option takes you to view the account statements for the entire firm account.
